Shipping details

 

 

We ship worldwide. If your country is not available on the shipping list, please contact us for shipping quotes.

 

 

Shipping is made by registered airmail 1-2 days after placing order. All items are carefully packaged and shipped. Once your order is shipped you'll receive an email with tracking information

 

 

Shipping costs: include handling fees, the cost of packaging and shipping supplies.

 

 

Taxes and fees:The buyer is responsible for all custom taxes or fees. Also, please be aware that customs delays may occur. All custom and shipping info can be obtained by contacting a local post office or by tracking your order.

 

 

If you would like expedited international shipping, please email us prior to placing your order so we can adjust rates to your purchase.

 

 

Shipping times: depend on your location, the postal services and custom agencies involved in the process.

 

 

space.rocket.store is not responsible for any delay after parcel is sent nor for packages lost in transit. Any delay due to the malfunction of shipping companies should be adressed to the respective company.

 

 

 

Refunds, returns & exchanges

 

 

We understand ordering online can be difficult, thats why we are happy to handle every situation of return or exchange on a unique case basis.

 

 

 

To EXCHANGE or RETURN an item:

 

 

1:Send an email to space.rocket.store with EXCHANGE or RETURN in the subject, and tell us what would you like to change for or the return motif. Please notice that we cannot except exchanges without this email;


2: After receiving our contact back, pack carefully your item and send it by a trackable process. Returns and exchanges are only accepted if the item arrives in the same conditions as sent (state and use) and if the item is sent by a trackable method. All exchanges and returns must be made within 14 days of shipment. We will not be able to exchange your item after 14 days;


3: Any items that we deem used or damaged will not be exchanged or accepted as a return and will be sent back to you.


4: In case of EXCHANGE: the exchange item is shipped once we receive the item back. We will send your new item out within three business days. You will then receive shipping confirmation and a tracking number. All shipping costs are on the buyers hand.


5:RETURNS: If for any reason you are unhappy with your order and would like to return it we will gladly accept complimentary returns for store credit only. Also, shipping costs are not refunded.


6: In case of accepted returns (after spacerocketstore receives and inspects the returned item) please allow up to five business days to complete your refund. Refunds are made through the same method of payment. We will issue you a store credit code for the purchase amount minus original shipping costs. Store credits are valid for 6 months from the date they are issued.

 

 

 

Exchanges/Returns Disclaimer:

 

 

- We reserve the right to refuse the return/exchange of damaged items, or any item returned after 14 days from original shipment.


- All sale from made through sales and promotions are "final". Sale items may not be returned or exchanged;


- Original shipping charges are not refundable, nor shipping for return or exchange items.
